Vincent,our police and even CBI not solving even 5-6% of the cases happening in our country and out of that also only 2-3% get justice in real term.

Every agency bungled in this case.The real culprits are still at large, but the trauma faced by all concerned,innocent until proved guilty was because of this , Will they be brought to justice or as usual the innocent will pay the price?
